Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 June 2026

Here are the plain-English terms for using Wanderpass. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Wanderpass.

1. Who we are

Wanderpass ("Wanderpass", "we", "us") is an independent project made by Pablo, based in Spain. It's a digital travel passport: collect a stamp for every country you visit, build a wishlist, follow travel buddies, and share your travel profile. You can reach us anytime at hello@wanderpass.app.

2. Beta service

Wanderpass is currently a free beta and still evolving: features may be added, changed, or removed, and we don't promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We provide it "as is" while it's in beta.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old, and the information you give us must be accurate.
  • You sign up with an email and password or with Google, and you claim a unique @handle for your public profile.
  • You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.
  • One account per person. Don't impersonate someone else or claim a handle in bad faith.

4. Acceptable use

When using Wanderpass, you agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other travelers;
  • Post content that's illegal, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or that you don't have the right to share;
  • Impersonate any person or organization;
  • Scrape, crawl, or access the app through automated means, or try to bypass security, rate limits, or database access controls;
  • Interfere with the app's normal operation or use it to build a competing dataset.

5. Stamps and your content

The stamps and stamp catalog are ours (or our licensors') — you add and collect our pre-created stamps rather than owning the designs, and that stays true however the artwork is made, whether manually, digitally, or with AI-assisted tools. You keep ownership of the content you create, such as your profile information, bio, visit years, and wishlist, and by using Wanderpass you grant us the rights needed to operate the service — for example, to store, display, and back up your data and to show your public profile to other travelers.

Permitted use of stamps. Stamps are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial enjoyment within Wanderpass and any products we may offer. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or use stamp artwork — in whole or in part — outside Wanderpass, and you may not use stamps for commercial purposes, in merchandise, NFTs, advertising, or to train machine-learning models. Screenshots of your own Wanderpass profile shared on your personal social media are fine.

Your @handle profile is publicby design: anyone with the link can view it, and it may be indexed by search engines and AI tools. Please only add information you're comfortable sharing publicly. You can edit or remove most of this content at any time in your settings.

6. Intellectual property

The Wanderpass name, logo, the postmark stamp motif, and the app's design and code belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

7. Third-party services

Wanderpass relies on third-party providers — including Supabase (accounts and data), Google (sign-in), Mapbox (maps), and Vercel (hosting) — whose own terms apply to those features. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

8. Termination and account deletion

You can stop using Wanderpass at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email us at hello@wanderpass.appand we'll take care of it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put other travelers or the service at risk.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanderpass is provided without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which, during the free beta, is zero). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Spanish or EU law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Wanderpass grows. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and let you know where appropriate. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be handled by the competent Spanish courts. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
